The company is located in “The fine scenery home of mold”—HUANGYAN. We specialize in manufacturing plastic molds and injection plastic parts of bumper, instrument panels, covers, headlights and ornaments etc.for large and medium-sized automobiles,and household electronic appliances, air-conditioner or refrigerator parts, baby carriage & fittings and daily use articles.
Our company covers an areas of over 8000 sqm with a floor space of over 5000 sqm and has over 120 employees including 32 technical personnel and 18 designers. Our annual output amounts to about 50 million Yuan. Thanks to our strong technical development strength and rich manufacturing experience, we can privide customers with high-quality products and excellent technical services. As a result, we have won a good reputation among counterparts at home and abroad.
Our company was established in 1990. We have spared no effort to update technology and improve mannagment since its establishment. Now our company has developed into a competitive enterprise with modern management concepts and modern production mode. It has introduced the international advanced technology system of CAD/CAE/CAM and is equipped with a CAD/CAM graphic working station and graphic plotters. Also ,by adopting C-mould software for flow analysis of plastic and surface software system for converse engineering design, can quickly adapt to customers’ requirement both from home and abroad.
The company is a certified unit of ISO 9001 quality system, carries out the 5S scene management. Relied on the certificate of quality control system authentication, above 90% of our products are exported to Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan, Korea , Italy, Germany, Thailand , Arabia ,European and American countries, and we especially set up a strict quality assurance system and professional technical standard in order to ensure the overseas customers without extra worries.
